We provide:

Extractions (removal of a tooth or teeth)
Restorations (fill decayed teeth)
Exams (to determine treatment needed)
Cleanings (with hygienist or hygiene student)

* Dental services are no longer restricted to residents of Chesapeake, but are available all Hampton Roads residents who meet eligibility criteria based on income and lack of insurance.

Hampton Roads Dental Clinic at Chesapeake Care

Patients who qualify financially and live in one of the Hampton Roads cities (Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News) are seen BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in our free dental clinic. We do not accept walk-ins.

For patients wishing to have a cleaning or restorations, a comprehensive dental exam must be completed first. This establishes a treatment plan.

Dental services are provided by volunteer dentists. Students from the VCU School of Dentistry and the ODU School of Dental Hygiene expand the available services working under the supervision of the volunteer dentists.
