Chesapeake Care Clinic could not operate without our volunteers who generously donate their time and expertise to help our patients. The Clinic is mainly staffed by a network of more than 500 licensed medical and dental and administrative volunteers that make it possible to provide consistent, patient focused care to so many underserved Hampton Roads individuals. In the past year, our volunteers have clocked over 22,000 hours, a value of $670,767. We invite you to become part of the phenomenal Chesapeake Care community of volunteers.

LICENSED VOLUNTEERS
Professional licensed volunteers who serve at the Clinic include physicians, dentists, specialists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, hygienists, pharmacists, nurses and medical assistants. At times it is necessary to refer patients to specialists outside of the Clinic and we have a strong network of off-site volunteer professionals who provide specialized services at no cost.

MEALS & OTHER SUPPORT
We are in need of volunteers to be responsible for preparing/bringing lunch or dinner for our volunteers. Other volunteers maintain the building and grounds, cook and deliver meals to the Clinic, conduct specific projects, shop for supplies, complete mailings and more.
